Noorderlicht team

The team of the Noorderlicht consists of professionals who have the right certificates and the necessary experience to carry out their work.

The permanent crew on the ship is employed by the shipping company and has a lot of experience in sailing with children, individuals and groups of people in all areas of the world. The majority of the crew is Dutch, but sometimes there are international crew members on board.

On the mainland there is the shipping office and travel agency of Swan Expeditions. The office crew is concerned with HR, planning and logistics and all organizational activities related to its ships.
